Many things have already been done regarding the problem, although from research a lot of solutions are likely to fall through and wrap up not helping the problem. When the display on MTV, 16 and Pregnant first aired, the intentions from the show would be to show young adults that there are methods to protect you from having a baby. They wanted to show the audiences of the show the consequences coming from getting pregnant at a young age.
