The thirty fifth president of the United States, Steve F. Kennedy, in his first Inaugural Address, aims to encourage Americans by simply outlining his plans for future years as he will be sworn in to office. Kennedy’s purpose is to gain the support of more Americans, considering that the 1960 political election was a close call, and also to promote serenity worldwide.
