The proposed class management strategy seeks to foster democracy because a tradition of responsibility and independence is marketed in the learning environment. As being a teacher, I have comfortably adapted to employing this model as it gives my students equal opportunities of interacting and responding to class issues. In the long run, I can satisfy the needs in the majority. Since the environment is safe, their constitutional rights will be guaranteed and rules utilized are fair to all college students. In such a classroom, all college students are given the same opportunities particularly in the formulation of programs and policies. Moreover, all students will be active in the decision-making process because simply no discrimination is available in such a learning environment. Consequently , the learning environment fosters writing among students especially in the repair of discipline, control and even the promotion of meaningful learning process (Dreikurs, Grunwald, Pepper, 2013).

In the present classroom, I ensure that all students engage in classroom discussion posts; this motivates purposeful actions. Moreover, college students who act inappropriately confront the consequences, however, not involving severe punishments. In my opinion, consequences can be a result of removing a kids inappropriate activities. Therefore , they can be appropriate results when coping with inappropriate functions. The consequence in question should make sense, and then for the action, they need to include a logical closing. I consider punishment as punitive , nor serve any learning purpose for trainees, but rather am sending the wrong message (Sahin, 2008). When ever learning, individuals are bound to make some mistakes, socially and academically; this can be a whole impression of having instructors in the classroom. They will be able to assess the behavior of their students and make a learning environment aimed at eliminating incorrect behaviors. My spouse and i hold the motto that the significant tenet in approaching improper behavior relates to making the students appreciate and pay attention to from their blunders. This is an objective approach intended for the student who will ensure that each mistake is made, they should study from it and avoid it in future. The learning environment should offer students the opportunity to make important mistakes, however the teachers will need to ensure that the environment enables the scholars to learn from them but not repeat the blunders (Sahin, 2008).

The positive acknowledgement given to college students comes quite a distance in helping all of them in identifying their blunders and ignites forward them towards attaining their learning goals. I will consider enhancing
