The problem is that we get a spanish student who has result from a different region to attend our school and has a problem socialising while using other kids. She will not have virtually any friends and it is always by itself. As a tutor, I believe it is my work to try and help her. No one should have to end up being left feeling alone and out of place. She needs to fit in with the different learners. We would have to show them that they need to treat one another with kindness.
Africa philosophy instructs us to develop communities so I decided to use it in trying to solve this issue. It also instructs us to deal with others with respect and dignity. I will focus on the central honest idea in traditional thought which is Ubuntu. It motivates us to be humble individuals.

This means that we can be found and develop only in relationships with others. This teaches us to live in tranquility irrespective of the differences. Everybody should be designed to feel significant. Ubuntuism is supposed to instil good principles in a person, where you put the needs of other people prior to your own. African idea and ubuntuism emphasises for the importance of staying kind and considerate to others.
By making the learners aware about the ubuntu principles, I most certainly assume that it would generate a huge difference in the way that they behave and react towards the new novice. A community can be expected to generate any person feel welcome and the same way, and so should the learners. They need to help to make her part of the group. She must be able to fit in easily and experience a sense of belonging.

The advantages of Africa philosophy are that it encourages the building of communities. It offers us a deeper knowledge of ourselves. This teaches all of us the importance of culture and tradition and the need for it in our life. It shows all of us that we should certainly love and appreciate every human beings.
