I was kind of surprised I ranked a medium in the “constructive style” because, We treat other folks as means and I feel that I manage conflict properly. I do figure out there are areas that I ought to work on to become successful in my career. I tend to be more powerful and comfortable when I receive t find out others. We convey my own liking for individuals because We am thoughtful and considerate of others feelings. Being by doing this, has worked during my favor through my profession.

My limiter style ranked a 97th percentile. I feel that this is entirely describing me. I didn’t score to low in the competitor discipline. I do see winning because an opportunity for growth and development in the business world. In my eyes, earning shows a since of respect and people will get to like you.
