The Papers we produce are only intended for research and reference, as well as your personal use. If we rewrite an existing Paper containing 40% or more of plagiarized content, it may qualify as a custom Paper. Clients will be Charged accordingly. All Services are subject to full compliance of the Terms and Conditions.
Clients, please make sure you provide accurate and complete information when placing your Order. False information, whether intentional or not, may result in complications and/or delays with your Order. You alone will be responsible for any consequences.
You’ll be asked to provide and confirm the instructions for your Paper under “Order Details”. Within 3 hours, (1 hour for Papers marked “Urgent”), you’ll find your confirmed instructions under “Order Tracking Area”. Without full and complete instructions, your Paper may be delayed or not worked on at all. You alone will be responsible for any consequences.
One more thing: If you revise your Paper instructions after confirmation, it will be considered an additional Order. You will be Charged accordingly.
All payments are due on receipt. Unreceived and/or declined payments will lead to the Client forfeiting our Services. What we Charge doesn’t include any taxes, levies, duties, etc. As a Client, you agree to pay any taxes and fees applicable to the use of our Services.
Clients, if you contact your bank or credit card without legitimate legal basis to deny Charges for our Services, this is a breech of your obligation under the Terms and Conditions. Your use of the Services will be terminated.
Note that credit card fraud is a serious crime. We work very closely with our payment provider to battle against credit card fraud. If any Client is found using a stolen credit card, or committing any type of fraud, the appropriate authorities will be contacted immediately.
Clients, if you do a chargeback, you give up all your rights to the Paper. You also give us permission to publish the Paper. All copyrights and intellectual property will be assigned to website. We may also conduct an authorship procedure to find out whether or not used the Paper at all. In good faith, chargebacks will not result in any additional payments or penalties Charged to you.
We reserve the right to change its prices at any time at its discretion, with or without notice. Any changes will be posted on our Website and will be effective immediately. Please check our Website from time to time to stay up to date with our latest prices.
If you’re not satisfied with our Services, you can submit a refund request. Refund requests must be submitted within the Refund Period, and must fully comply with the Terms and Conditions.
We offer a Refund Period of 14 days for Papers under 20 pages, and 30 days for Papers over 20 pages. In exceptional cases, such as confirmed plagiarism, a Refund Period can be extended to up to 180 days. Refund Periods start on the date of the Client’s order deadline.
If the Paper is incomplete, or not delivered in its complete form to you, you may be issued a full refund at any time. For order cancelations, the funds will be debited back only to the account that made the initial payment within 5-7 business days of the refund request.
We look at refund requests on a case-by-case basis. Clients, you may be required to show proof of low Service quality, such as a plagiarism report or a copy of your instructor’s feedback. We will forward your request to our Quality Assurance Department. They will then compare their findings to the reasons for dissatisfaction, and finally, the necessary actions will be taken. Please be sure to submit your refund request within the Refund Period.
