While the tiger may be elegance creature, it can be still among beauty, very much like our personal society. We encounter dangerous situations and fabulous scenes on a daily basis. In short, there is danger yet there is also magnificence. It is also interesting to observe the way the end of “the Tiger” is much like the beginning. The poet person writes:
Tyger, Tyger losing bright
In the forests from the night
What immortal hand or attention
Dare shape thy afraid symmetry.
With this previous stanza the poet brings the poem full ring. It is interesting to note the way the tiger is not only burning nevertheless that he can burning dazzling. Furthermore, he lives in a dark associated with danger. This dark universe allows us to begin to see the burning animal’s “fearful symmetry” (Tyger 4). This range also brings a balance between the tiger’s fierceness and its magnificence. We should also note the way the tiger signifies man. Through this connection, the poet is reminding us the fact that same force that created the tiger developed us as well. This believed brings the poet into a moment of celebration. When compared to, “The Lamb” focuses on life by focusing on the lamb’s creator. In the second stanza, the poet person supports this kind of notion simply by answering his own issue with the response that he is created by a creator that “calls himself a Lamb” (14). A connection to the founder is also produced when he publishes articles:
He is meek and he is mild
He became just a little child:
kid and thou a lamb
We are named by call him by his name. (Lamb 14-17).
The Lamb” is a composition of innocence, ending having a voice of hope through a blessing. The main topic of this composition cannot understand evil neither can it know how dangerous the world is. The poet appears to be satisfied with this innocence in that he will not want to spoil that in any way. We have the feeling which the poet wants the lamb to retain its innocence. It can be interesting to notice how the poet is aware of this kind of innocence and exactly how he does not want to spoil that. This is the voice of encounter in the poem of chasteness.
The Tyger” and “The Lamb” outstanding poem to compare and contrast because, ultimately, they complement each other even though they will seem to be regarding two in direct contrast subjects. “The Lamb” gives our awareness of innocence, however the poet knows this purity cannot last forever. It is the creature and its originator that are equally linked with purity. The same words that knows this reality about innocence is the same voice that understands the fierce and powerful creation of the tiger. The animal is highly effective, fierce, and dangerous as well as its creator should be just as strong and intense. However , their creator is a same originator of the lamb. That the same creator provided us the two creatures and this fact is something which the poet marvel for and values.
