Today, Stahl functions 8 developing sites and 30 strategically located technical assistance laboratories around the world including here in Singapore (www.stahl.com). The role I posses is cross in mother nature where We am not only accountable for revenue targets of certain Southern East Asia countries nevertheless also oversee the development of higher quality and more cost-effective products to our current wide array of products. As a Technical Advisor in Stahl, I am considered to be a Front-Line Manager (Bartol, Tein, Matthews, Sharma, Scott-Laden, 2011, g. 13).
The down sides we encountered are that our customers will be complaining our prices are very expensive because they are able to resource for less expensive and yet, better products from our competitors.
