There are numerous situations in which people have been aggressed because of their epidermis colour or because they found themselves at the incorrect time in the wrong place. Police brutality was indeed an abuse of power whenever these situations occurred.
How would you come with this kind of abuse of power? Would it be just? Or, more accurately set, can it ever before considered to be merely? Is there whatever in this world that could make all of us justify the full abandonment of power of the person? The answer is “no” and the reasons that support it are usually more than quite a few.
First and foremost, this kind of abuse of power can not be tolerated as it would be just the beginning of a group of actions that might probably find yourself with a construction of the totalitarian regime. Secondly, rights and legislation must be strong, but the manner in which this takes place is critical. The application of the law is just as crucial as the principles which in turn lay in their foundation.
Some might argue that law enforcement officials brutality is oftentimes used in in an attempt to cool issues down in circumstances in which the abuse of power can not be avoided. Undoubtedly regarding the quality of this assertion. However , the means by which a purpose can be achieved is just as important as the idea itself.
What is the solution then? Well, if we experienced he correct answer, police brutality would possibly not happen ever again. If it takes place and that remains unpunished then it is an obvious resistant o the weakness with the citizen pertaining to the state. What can we as citizens do in order to resolve things?
