The most popular book Interview with the Vampire by Anne Rice can be described as novel that is responsible for the revitalization with the vampire genre in well-known fiction. The book on its own tells an interesting story around three vampires: Lestat, Louis, and Claudia.

The tale is told from the perspective of Paillette, a Creole American planting owner in pre-Civil War America whom catches the attention of Lestat, a goule who is roaming the world exclusively, in need of a companion. Louis is despondent because of dropping his along with therefore is suceptible to Lestat’s eagerness to make him into a vampire, which he does. The plot in the book revolves around these two personas as they live together. Paillette hates what he has become and loathes taking existence but makes Claudia, slightly five year old girl, in a vampire too.

The relationship between Lestat and Louis, and their shared appreciate of Claudia, is depicted throughout the new as Paillette struggles with his immortality, Lestat faces the betrayal of Louis and Claudia, and Claudia matures mentally devoid of every growing physically. Their struggles with each other and against each other turns into the power behind the novel. The setting of Interview with the Vampire can be primarily Paris, france and Fresh Orleans before and after the Civil War.

The vampires live together within a flat, wherever much of the action takes place among all of the characters. The reader is usually led through the torment with the plague in Paris, the customs from the slaves in New Orleans, and the underbelly of these two cities in which Lestat, Louis, and Claudia find the people that they feed off of each night for their sustenance and power. The personas found within this guide are Lestat, Louis, Claudia, and Armand. These primary characters display themselves over the novel being interesting and complex.

The smoothness of Claudia emerges as a young woman whose mother has died of the trouble and whom Louis feels extremely sickened about if he feeds off from her. Lestat then will help him build a vampire away of her. Armand may be the leader from the coven in Paris and becomes a close companion of Louis after Lestat and he get their independent ways.

Every character brings a new aspect to the story.
